I have two new HP Envy 5030 printers connected to my desktop computer with USB cables, and one works fine, but there is an annoying problem with the other one. When I print a document, it prints out fine, but then the screen on the printer still says "Printing", and after about 8 minutes it prints out a sheet with the following message. Although I've only typed the message once, it is repeated two more times on the sheet of paper which prints out:
GET /DevMgmt/ProductConfigDyn.xml HTTP/1.1
HOST:
GET /DevMgmt/ProductConfigCap.xml HTTP/1.1
Host:
After printing the above message three times on the same sheet of paper, the screen goes back to normal, but then changes back to "Printing" again, and after another 8 minutes it prints out a second sheet of paper with the same message (but this time it's exactly as shown above, and is not repeated).
After another 8 minutes, it prints out a third sheet of paper with the above message (again as shown above, without being repeated). After printing this third extra document (nearly 30 minutes after I first used the printer) the screen on the printer goes back to normal, and after a couple of minutes it finally goes ino sleep mode.
This is annoying, as it's using unnecessary ink, paper and power, so is there anything I can do to rectify the problem, or will I just need to replace the printer?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Resetting the printer can resolve some types of printing issues.
-
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
-
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
-
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
-
Wait at least 60 seconds.
-
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE:
HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
-
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
