Hi all, 

I'm getting this error code every time I turn on my printer. I can print - but then this error code pops up. I cannot turn off my printer and need to force it off by pulling off the plug. Did not get any support from the chat from HP,  very frustrating. 

Can anyone else help, please? I've literally only used this printer less than 30 times since I bought it..

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Try connecting the Printer to another wall outlet directly.

 

Try another firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
