HP Envy 5030
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a HP Envy 5030 printer shortly before moving into a new apartment, and it seems that the accompanying setup cartridges were misplaced at some point during the move. I have looked extensively but I can no longer find them anywhere, and I can only assume that they were accidentally thrown out by someone who didn't know what they were. So now the printer won't initialize or print, because it refuses to proceed without the setup cartridges.

I found an old question on here from someone with the same problem for the same device, and an HP employee resolved it by sending them instructions for performing an OOBE reset: Re: Envy 5030 missing setup cartridges - HP Support Community - 7513301

Can somebody from HP please help me by doing the same thing and sending me those instructions?

Thank you in advance,
