I've had to cancel my instant ink subscription as despite both enquiring on both web chat and email, HP won't respond to me regarding this matter. My printer refuses to print and just keeps saying cartridge not installed properly despite both cartridge ink levels being displayed. I've removed cartridges, reinstalled them, remover again, cleaned contacts, reset printer, disconnected power and reconnected, I haven't been able to print for over a month now, hence cancellation of my ink subscription. HP have been of no help whatsoever.
