Hi there,
I'm using the HP Envy 5032 since 1,5 week now and all of a sudden there are some issues I just can't solve:
When sending a print task I can hear the paper loading. Right after there's a notification on the touch screen about there's no paper. I have to pull out the paper unit, put it back in and press 'OK' to activate the print job.
Sometimes the paper get stuck so I have to open the printer to fix the jam. Sometimes the printing starts, but there's a default white space of 5 cm's and the bottom part of the page is not printed.
I re-installed the drivers for 6 times now and I've tried it on a Surface with Windows 10, on an iPad and Android tablet. It just doesn't work!
I've checked the default pages settings and there all on A4 size.
I hope you can help and other wise and want to know how to get a complete refund of this purchase.
Many thanks in advance!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
If the issue persists, please perform the remaining steps from this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-5000-all-in-one-printer-series/14095644/model/14095657/... and https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-5000-all-in-one-printer-series/14095644/model/14095657/...

Hi,
None of the above gave the solution I was hoping for.
1. I still got the message about the paper is too short
2. The paper still got jammed each time I want to print
3. I still got the message I have to fill the paper input, despite the fact there is enough paper
I've done a factory reset, installed all the drivers and I'm getting the feeling this purchase is a complete waste of money.
Please help!

Let's try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Hi there,
The firmware update didn't work. It installed, but the issues didn't change at all.
Beside the firmware update I went true all the steps that I've got before and nothing changed.
When starting a print job, there are 2 issues:
- The paper loads, but almost direct there's a notification about the paper drawer is empty and I have to fill the drawer and press OK. For your imagination:the drawer is filled with HP paper, so this notification is nonsens.
- When the paper loads it stops almost directly so I have to open the printer and pull out the stuck sheet by hand.
The print job is gone and still I have nothing printed.
It looks like there something wrong with the paper transit or something else. Each time the paper gets stuck I get the notifications about the empty drawer.
I used to love HP products, but this Envy is a complete waste of money and after one month I still can't print.
I going to return it to the shop tomorrow and replace it by an other one.
