When printing, documents are printed with lines skipped. Happens when printing from any device and has not been fixed after resetting printer, cleaning cartridges, or replacing cartridges.

@Swingn I have a few steps to help you out:

 

Check if the printer works fine as a stand-alone device while using the copier.

If it doesn't work, this could be a hardware malfunction: Click here to troubleshoot.

If it does, this could be an issue with the drivers and may require a re-installation to fix this issue, although that depends on which OS you have? so do tell?
