HP Envy 5055
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased the HP Envy 5055 yesterday. So far, I'm happy, except for the extender arm.  Is there a way to get the end of the arm to bend up at a 90 degree angle, or close to it?  At its current angle (around 160 degrees) the paper just flies off of the arm when it prints, and ends up on the floor.

I ended up taping the flap so it sticks up at the correct angle.

I think this was an unfortunate design choice.  I know it seems like a small thing, but when you're printing out 50 pages at a time, you can't do that unattended unless you know the paper is going to stay in the output tray.

I understand. I'll make sure I pass on this information to the design team.

Thanks!
