My envy 5055 printer won't print. We had to move the computer / printer and when I hooked it back up it started only printing blank pieces of paper....it was printing fine before. Now, as I've tried to work through HP self help wizard / fix program when I go to print the item I try to print it appears hung up in the printing Q. I'm lost, have no clue what to do. My son needs to print papers for school so any help is / will be greatly appreciated. The above asked what kind of system I have.....I have Microsoft 10 but don't know what version of 10 it is to be able to select the most appropriate one.
Thank you ahead of time for your time in trying to help me!

Hi @KYLE704
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "Print job stuck in Queue" issue.
How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
Try the steps below to resolve the issue-
1)Use HP Print and Scan Doctor
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program. It will automatically diagnose and fix any printer connectivity issues.
For more information, go to https://support.hp.com/us-en/topic/printscandoctor
2)Delete job files and restart
Reset your printing environment, delete print job files manually, and then restart both the computer and the printer.
-
1. Turn off the printer using the power button and then unplug the printer power cord from the power outlet.
-
2. In Windows, search for and open Services .
-
3. In the Services window, right-click Print Spooler, and then select Stop .
-
4. After the service stops, close the Services window.
-
5. In Windows, search for and open C:WindowsSystem32SpoolPRINTERS.
-
6. Delete all files in the PRINTERS folder.
-
7. Shut down your computer.
-
8. Connect the printer power cord to the power outlet, and then turn on the printer.
-
9. Turn on the computer, and then try to print. If the issue persists, continue to the next step.
3) uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.
--->In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
--->Select your HP printer.
--->Select Uninstall.
--->In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
--->In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
--->Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
--->Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
--->Click on the Drivers tab.
--->Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
--->Select OK.
--->Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
--->Close Devices and Printers.
And then reinstall the printer full-featured drivers Software and drivers page
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
