I am having trouble printing in color for my HP Envy 5540 with Instant Ink. I printed earlier in the day in color, but now when I print in color it prints black and white. I'm trying to print a binder cover in color but it just prints in black and white. Here is what I have tried:
Cleaning cartridges
- I cleaned the cartridges and the test page came out fine.
Switch cartridges
- The test page came out fine.
Then I tried printing again and it still came out in black and white. I am very confused and frustrated. Plus it is wasting pages from my Instant Ink account.
