My HP Envy 5546 Copy function has stopped working. I put a document on the printer, press the Copy function which takes me to the next screen. When I click on Start Black or Start Colour, nothing happens. I have switched the Printer off both by the on/off button, and by removing the plug from the electric socket and this has not helped. I have checked the Firmware and that is up to date. Nothing changed prior to this happening. I can still Print from my Devices and I can Scan. The ink cartridges are not empty. Has anyone got a solution please?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help
At this point I suggest we perform a Semi Full Reset
Since these steps are specific to your printer, I have sent a private message with the next course of action
