HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer

I kept getting the following error and hadn't even been printing.The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer. If this problem persists, replace the cartridges. I had another cartridge, so I replaced it and it still isn't working. I am not currently subscribed to instant ink, because I haven't needed the ink yet. I had the printer in it's box unopened for quite awhile, then opened and started using it but needed ink to start it. The color cartridge was the original cartridge that came with it, then I replaced with HP 62 XL color cartridge. I have tried hard reset by unplugging power cord. This has had maybe 15 pages printed on it, and should not be junk already. I hadn't been using much, and this error came out of the blue. The only thing different is getting a new Mac, and having to install the HP app, etc.

Also, try and update the firmware
