HP Envy 5660 won't print tax forms from IRS website. Prints OK from other places.

Every thing working normally on  Mac Mini computer and printer.  Went to IRS website and selected Form 1040.  Hit print and the printer printed the form with all the printing messed up.  Instead of 1040 at the top it printed 44444  then xxxxx then year shown as 2288.  Tried another form and it was messed up also.  I have restarted printer and computer but result is the same

I was able to try and print IRS form on a HP D4200 printer with the same results as the HP 5660.

Which web browser are using to access the website and print the IRS form?

Have you tried using a different web browser?

Have you tried saving the form first and then printing it?
