So it's an HP Envy 6000 Series printer, 6020E specifically. 

 

One minute connection and printing is fine. Then suddenly  it wont print, error "unable to print...printer offline". This happens regularly, every week or two. And we cant print from laptops nor android phones.

 

Power resets of printer and router not resolving the matter this time. Nor un/reinstalling printer. And the HP Print & Scan Doctor has failed.

 

Currently laptop can see the device but is offline and wont print. Phone sees it too but showing unavailable. 

 

Yesterday I got it printing by uninstalling and reinstalling printer. But this morning we are back to square one. 

 

Any ideas/suggestions most welcome. Thanks
