Hi @Malvi2020,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP Envy 6000 printer is printing blank pages despite using new cartridges, cleaning the printheads, and performing alignments, here are steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
1. Verify Cartridge Authenticity
- Ensure the cartridges are genuine HP cartridges.
- Third-party or refilled cartridges may not work correctly.
2. Check Cartridge Installation
- Remove and reinstall the cartridges to ensure they are seated correctly.
- Inspect the contacts on the cartridges and inside the printer for any dust or damage.
- Clean the contacts with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.
3. Perform a Print Test
- Print a diagnostic page or quality report from the printer settings menu.
- If the test page is blank: It indicates a printhead or ink delivery issue.
- If the test page is fine: The issue may be software-related.
4. Check Ink Levels
- Use the printer's control panel or the HP Smart app to verify ink levels.
- Even new cartridges can sometimes have low or defective ink.
5. Perform an Extended Cleaning
- In the printer settings or HP Smart app, select the most intensive printhead cleaning option.
- Run the cleaning process up to 3 times if necessary.
6. Update or Reinstall the Printer Driver
- Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
- Uninstall the existing drivers and reinstall them to ensure a clean setup.
7. Reset the Printer
- Disconnect the printer from power while it’s turned on.
- Wait for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
8. Examine Paper Settings
- Ensure that the paper size and type settings match the paper loaded in the tray.
9. Test with Another Computer
- If possible, try printing from a different computer or device to rule out software or communication issues.
10. Hard Reset or Firmware UpdateUpdate the firmware on an HP printer
- Check for firmware updates via the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel.
- Perform a hard reset by restoring factory settings.
