This is a newly purchased and installed printer.   I can get one or two prints out of it, and then it reports as being offline.  Printer has blue status light and wifi light on control panel as blue.  It is no longer accessible through the network to any windows or hp troubleshooting software.  On the printer itself, it will not respond to the control panel "i" button nor the off switch on the back of the printer.  The only way that I can clear it is to disconnect from power and reconnect.  But, it only operates for a few minutes before this happens again.  All software updates done and no other available through HP Smart app.

Others have reported this same issue.  Some people did nothing and it resolved itself, magically.  Others still reporting these random dropping of connection.  I've taken to turning it off when not using, however more times than not when I turn it back on it will not connect.  Serious flaws/programming issues/possible hardware issues with WIFI connection.  I would never have purchased this printer had I know it had this bug - Especially as it seems HP is doing nothing to fix.  Well, why would they.  This printer won't be on the market in the next few months, if not already gone/taken off their rotation, to be replaced by another make/model.
