My HP Envy goes Oflline for no apparent reason.  Have had it for a month.  Seems it has been a problem for HP for 2 years now.  I did not know this before purchase unfortunately.  Yes, the unplug and plug back in works but I feel I need to do this everytime I want to print.  And instructions online to update firm ware are not helpful.  The instructions to update firmware through HP Smart are incorrect.  I do not have the same info on my hp smart as what is stated in the HP Link to update firmware. Super Frustrating.  Anyone know the proper link to make sure I have the correct firmware?
