Product: HP Envy 6000 All In One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Envy 6000 All In One printer worked fine with printing, scanning, etc. I recently tried to print a MS Word generated document, and all I got were blank pages.  Tried older saved Word documents which I had previously printed - blank pages.  But if I do a test print from my PC, everything is fine.  The only thing that happened recently is that the PC installed Windows updates (which it does every few weeks).  Any advice appreciated.
