Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both HP Smart and driver for this printer. Still, when I print from Word or Excel, the printer acts like it's printing but nothing appears on the page. No, I'm not out of ink. I can print from websites and pictures (jpgs) directly, but nothing from MS. My husband's Mac can print fine as well. It has to be an MS issue. What other options do I have if reinstalling the driver doesn't work?
