HP Envy 6010 all-in-one printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I have an HP Envy 6010 All-in-One printer and it's not even a year old yet, but I'm struggling.

I want to print something, but keep getting the message: Paper tray open or no paper, even though there is paper and it's fully closed.

I can't seem to get it to work, so please help me. What can I do?

Have tried to turn off the printer and turn it on again.. not helping.

Please help.
