Product: HP ENVY 6020 All-in-One Printer
Hi everybody,
since a couple of weeks my Envy 6020 is stuck on an error saying "A paper tray is open."
I have checked the tray and it's ok, no broken tabs or whatsoever, also there's no paperjam. The firmware is up to date. I also removed the rear cover and checked the sensors and they seem all fine. Also the black mechanism that checks if paper is in is fine.
What else can I do? I saw some posts on the forum, people who had the same problem, but every suggestion is not good for me.
Sorry I'm not an english speaker, hope the problem is clear.
Thank you in advance,
Andrea
