Printed off Printer information Page it says printer is not enrolled in HP Instant Ink, but it is. Looked up manual online and it said Error code EO flashing is cartridge  error. Removed cartridges and cleaned contacts but with no effect . Cartridges are supplied by Instant Ink and were working up to yesterday. Lights flashing are the Info button, the E-O alternating and a yellow light on top right hand corner of printer. The main document exit slot is a solid yellow colour. Did try going through the virtual agent app but with no. Tried both wireless connection and USB cable. Have tried deleting drivers and downloading new from HP site to no effect, also deleted and reloaded HP Smart but again with no effect.

Install one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective one. Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
