HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

I have an HP 6032e, it has an error and the HP Smart app shows "Cartridge or Account issue". 

I have recently installed new cartridges which are genuine HP cartridges.

Can anyone help?

I understand your HP Envy 6032e printer is showing a "Cartridge or Account issue" message, even after installing new genuine HP cartridges. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:
 


Check Cartridge Installation:
 

  • Make sure the cartridges are installed correctly. Remove them and reinstall by ensuring each cartridge snaps into place securely.


Restart the Printer:
 

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.


Update Printer Firmware:
 

  • Ensure your printer has the latest firmware updates https://support.hp.com/us-en. Check for updates using the HP app or directly from the printer's settings menu.

Clean the Cartridges and Printer Contacts:
 

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it. Gently clean the cartridge contacts and the corresponding contacts inside the printer with a lint-free cloth slightly moistened with distilled water.
