HP ENVY 6052e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Probably 3 months now same problem. I have an HP Envy 6052E all in one printer. I have a new problem every few hours. I have never had as many problems with any other HP printer I have had.

Every other time I try to print, I have to use HP Print & Scan Doctor and it says printer is working fine. See What's Printing says printer is offline. It printed earlier and then it is not printing. HP Print & Scan Doctor says it is working. See What's Printing says printer off line. I removed printer using Control Panel. Went to 123hp.com and reinstalled the printer. Still off line.

HP Smart indicates no problem. HP Print & Scan Doctor prints test page.

It prints, then it’s offline. It prints, then, it’s offline. Going on for several hours now

Today printer is working. Don't know when today it will revert to offline. Yesterday afternoon I shut printer off and removed cord. I shut my computer down. I unplugged my router. This morning when I turned my computer on, it worked. I don;t know  how long it will work. Don't  know for how long. Printer works in the morning and in the afternoon is not working.

Anyone know why this keeps happening? Shouldn't have this problem almost every day/ It's aggravating and time consuming.
