I have HP Envy 6055 (6000 series) all in one - it does this often. Literally stops printing. I unplug/replug, stop/restart - uninstall, reinstall - do Smart Doc and open/run the HPPsdr.exe - everyting.. yet it doesn't print. It says "connected" on the print screen, but when I click Print - only thing that happens is a page gets deducted from my InstaInk 100 page a month quota.... and I never get a printed page. This happened in December and October of last year. I am just a person at home, I am the only one on this PC (Desktop) and don't print anything other than letters to the grand kids, coupons and recipes. It is connect to WIFI and my WIFI is with At&T and their new fiber optics 500 speed. and still... won't print. Even when it stays to print a test page... now those will print sometimes, but other than that... no printing.... any suggestions?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Are you able to make copies from the printer?
- Are you getting any error messages or codes?
- Have you tried updating the printer firmware?
Ensure your HP printer has enough paper, ink, or toner, and it is not stuck on paper jam.
Not to worry about the page count getting deducted from the instant ink account, I can get that sorted once we fix the printing issue.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
