HP Envy 6234

Hi everyone,

 

I just bought a HP Envy 6234 but for some reasons it won't print properly in color mode as it does not print the magenta.

 

I did try to re install the printer, its drivers, clean the heads of the printer and it just wónt print correctly. 

 

Any suggestions of what I shall do to solve this issue?

Does this happen while copying too?

 

Use an automated tool to align the ink cartridges.

  1. On the printer control panel, touch the Setupicon.

  2. Swipe up on the display, touch Tools, and then touch Align Cartridges.

    The printer prints an alignment page.

After aligning the ink cartridges, try to print.
