HP ENVY 6432e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Two days ago I purchased a HP Envy 6400 all in one printer. I managed to get it all set up, working wirelessly and printed out a couple of sheets from my PC. I left it powered up. When I went to use it today and print a document from Word it failed. The printer status lights were pulsing a Blue colour, but the printer wifi indicator was off and it had a status of off line on the HP Smart app. So I turn the printer off and on again and now it will not start up at all. I have done all the obvious things:

checked fuse

change power cables

checked power socket

waited for 60 seconds between power cycles as recommended on online forums

Any ideas?
