Hi.

 

I'm having issues with my HP printer. Cannot seem to contact support as my "warranty has expired", even though I purchased it last month (good work HP, infuriating). 

The HP smart app is advising it cannot print, but does not provide context around why it cannot print. 

 

I've tried everything from resetting to factory default, to printing out diagnostic pages (which work at first, then printer decides it doesn't want to print anymore), leaving it powered off for a few minutes, try again, changing ink cartridges supplied via smart ink. I'm at a bit of a loss now and pulling my hair out.

Update on this. So it seems if I pull the power on the printer, turn it on again. I can print one document, then HP Smart says "Printer cannot print" again.
