HP Envy 6455 error E0 flashing, can't reset

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I moved our printer from an apartment to house and was trying to reset the network settings for the new Wifi network and did a factory reset.  After than, the printer started flashing E0 repeatedly.  I tried unplugging the printer, removing the cartridges, plugging it back in and it still shows the E0 error even before I put the cartridges in.  I cannot connect until I clear this error.  Any suggestions?
