My printer - a 7130 all in one printer has started showing up error messages and then hanging. If I reset the printer, it carries on printing just fine. But after a while, it errors again. I can't find the error messages in any of the manuals. I have performed all the steps provided on support forums which suggested the errors could be misaligned heads, cartridge problems (replaced all cartridges) and ran diagnostics on the laptop it is connected to, to see if it came up with anything. It doesn't.
Examples of the error messages (ironically its the "blue screen of death") shows the following:
B3C6B1F8
B3C6AAA8
These are just 2 of the error messages I receive when the printer hangs. I have tried replicating the error (trying to print etc.), but it does not happen at a specific time e.g., when I want to print something.
Any suggestions from anyone?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @hbakhda,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
