HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

The bar fills up and one circle but then it stops and won’t boot up. Have tried all of the reset options with no success.

Yes. I have exactly the same problem. This is May 1, 2023 and I see that you are from March 19. I can't help but feel that there's something nefarious here. There's another thread I was reading about this same issue. (Can't locate it at the moment because I needed to log in to post and now I can't find it WITH THE SAME SEARCH TERMS on this terrible website.  Ugh!  So, my printer is kept in a nice, clean cabinet. No dust. It looks brand spanking new. But, it stops during boot up on that first dot while the blue bar makes it all the way to the end. No noise from the gears and rollers AT ALL. I unplug for 60 seconds or 60 minutes . . . it doesn't matter. Then, plugging it back in produces the same result. It's like nobody's home. And, HP's solutions suck all over the place. Terrible support. I'm shopping, but it won't be for an HP anymore. The software is horrible. The forced ink plan is the worst. I've purchased at least four HP printers over the years. Bad as the others are, I'm never coming back to Hewlett Packard for a printer again. Going to shop now.
