Hi! I just wanted to say I am really impressed that when the printer suddenly rejected original HP cartridge, HP support after several attempts to resolve the problem suggested me I should buy a new HP printer. Fool me once HP.

I understand that you are having issues with the cartridge error.

 

Try updating the firmware. Click here

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer itself.
