HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

My printer HP Envy 7640,  up until just a few moments ago had been working perfectly fine, but then started showing  flashing lights and the display stating

"Printer Error"

"There is a problem with the printer turn the printer off,  then on."

Being that I, myself I am a Technical Support Sr. Advisor and have supported communities including Apple, Windows, Cable, Cellular and Satellite Internet & equipment issues, I know the primary steps to resolve most issues & how to do the basic troubleshooting. Not only did I turn the printer off, but I also disconnected the power from the printer.

I plugged everything back in the printer came back on I was able to print a few pages and make a couple copies, although i received the BLUE SCREEN  showing C0260000" was able to catch the error code as i set my phone to video and it so I can obtain the error code.

I decided to do a full SMC Reset, oh which is a standard I follow when resolving issues with Apple Computers.   After resetting the SMC, the printer stayed up and working for a good hour or so.  When it came to reconnecting to my wireless network, the issue re-appeared.  I power cycled the modem and router to no avail.

If anyone could guide me past this nightmare id be so graciously appreciative!!!

Thanks in advance,

Ivy
