I did not know how to continue with the fix you suggested. So, instead, I called technical support and they helped me to correct the issue in a few minutes. Thanks for trying to help but it was a bit too complicated for me to figure out even with your directions. Thanks anyway!

HP INSTANT INK IS A SCAM AND A JOKE. AFTER CANCELLING AND INSTALLING A NEW CARTRIDGE MY PRINTER CONTINUES TO BE INOPERABLE. HP OFFERS NO HELP AND IS VERY VERY RUDE!
