Photo Tray Blocked

Envy 7640
MacOS High Sierra 10.13

All the sudden I have an error message stating "The Photo Tray Blocked. Please adjust tray and try again".  Printed fine in the morning -- message showed up in the afternoon.   Now I cannot print or copy.

I have aligned tray (which is didn't need), restarted several times like other posts say, unplugged completely, taken out the out put tray, tried to download new firmware (said there wasn't any) and downloaded new install software and gone through that again.  The printer Will Not Print and still gives the error message regardless of whether or not the output tray is installed.      Beyond Frustrated.      Please help.
