Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

I keep getting blue screen error codes on my printer.  I have unplugged and left unplugged multiple times.  I have it directly plugged into an outlet.  I have uplugged it and held in the power button for 15 seconds, then plugged back in.  The codes still show up after a few minutes each time I plug the printer back in.  Please advise.
