I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message which is specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

hi,
I purchased the HP ENVY Photo 7855 and I did not receive the setup cartridges. I purchased the color and black ink and now I have to use the setup cartridges. How can I bypass this step and be able to use the cartridges I bought?
