WHEN TRYING TO PRINT A PHOTO ON GLOSSY PAPER, THE IMAGE IS DISTORTED, THOUGH I CHANGED THE SETTINGS TO PHOTO

I CAN PRINT THE SAME PHOTO ON PLAIN PAPER AND IT IS CLEAR

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

 

Meanwhile:

Update the printer firmware
