Hp Envy photo 6220
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my printer a year ago. Happy about it, except sometimes in starting up, it just stops.

Normally, with putting the power on and off, the problem is solved.

But now, it won't start up, no matter what i do. It always stops at the same place, since day 1 I bought the device.
(I've inserted a photo of the screen)

So: it has nothing to do with the computer. It's just the printer.
HP-website says I have no guarantee, but I'm sure I have (I bought the device a year ago in belgium, so i have 2 years guarantee, but with the corona-pandemic I can't bring it back to the store).

Anyone any tips? IMG_20200413_131541.jpg
