I have recently started to print some photo (6" x 4") on my printer but it keeps saying that there is no paper in teh try, which is incorrect. Some occasions the paper does get through but just gets jammed. I have run a diagnostic checks and these are up to date but this still does not work. The whole idea of me purchasing a HP Photo printer was to print pictures but this is provising difficult/challenging. I note others have had similar problems but can't seem to find anything that works. In addition I am on HP Instand Ink and each tiem I try seems to count as one print. Should I take the printer back to Argos where I purchased this 5 months ago for a refund?

Hello Budda1975,
Could you try the below steps...
- While the printer is ON, remove all the paper sheets from the main tray and the phone tray.
- Load Photo paper in dedicated Photo tray and then push it in.
- There will be a message on the printer display about the paper detection.
- If there is no paper detection message, then unplug the power cord from back of the printer .
- Wait for 30 seconds and then plug in the power cord .
- Wait untill the printer is idle and then try printing a photo.
