HP ENVY Photo 7130 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Envy 7130 printer is stuck on the HP boot screen and doesn't fully initialise so appears off line to any devices or PC. The blue bar moves across on the first dot of initialising screen but then gets stuck once the blue bar goes right across, it doesn't move on from there. I've tried powering off the printer for minutes or even 24 hours. I've tried resetting router. Also tried holding the power button down on start up but no response to this at all, the Power button doesn't seem to do anything now.  I can't use any options on the screen as it is locked up. How can I reset the printer or communicate with it/fix this issue please?

you may need to reset the printer: Video here There is also a secret reset that may or may not work.

Thanks for the suggestions but unfortunately both solutions need the screen to be on. As the printer gets stuck when initialising, the on-screen buttons or menus aren't working.
