I can't remember the PIN to enter in order to scan to email.  I can't find my USB cable to connect my laptop to the printer.  I want to scan a couple of documents to attach to an email but can't do anything without the PIN

Hello Rita2010,

 

The pincode was send on the email you have added to the printer. If you are not able to find it in your emails. You will need to remove the configuration of that email setup and set it up again from new. A new email will be send to your email with a new pin code.
