My HP Envy print 7158 has been frozen on the loading screen for a week now. I have tried all the suggestions for resetting and unplugging but nothing has worked.

Hi @Mgleason24,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with your HP Envy Photo 7158 frozen on the loading screen.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

This could be a hardware issue. However, You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer and see if this fixes the issue.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
