envy 7830

Hi

I bought an Envy 7830, installed it on my Mac and my iPhone, I can scan, so everything works fine ... except the printer keeps saying there's a problem with my setup Black cartridge. I luckily bought an extra set of cartridges, but when I use that black one, it says it needs the setup cartridge ... which it then again says doesn't work. So I'm stuck. And I need to print. Urgently.

 

Please tell me there's a way around this ...

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
