Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I turn on my printer and all that happens is it gets to completing the first bar on top and freezes right there. Is this printer shot?

Hi, same issue, solutions from other threads have not worked.  I see specialists have been direct-messaging users who have this issue with instructions for a "semi-full reset" which is apparently specific to each printer--can someone please contact me about this?
