Printer is stuck on loading screen. One dot filled in an that is it with a full bar, then stuck. I have read numerous troubleshooting documents and nothing is working. Is there any way to fix this? I have unplugged while powered and pressed power for 30 seconds. I left unplugged for half a day, removed ink, and plugged directly into a wall. Still nothing. Firmware is the only thing I can think of however, the only means I see of doing this involve the printer booted fully and able to be interfaced with. Is this thing saveable or trash..???

Hi @jjgreen4,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've already tried several troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue with your HP Envy Photo 7858 printer being stuck on the loading screen. If the printer is still not responding after trying those steps, here are a few additional things you can try:
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Unplug the power cord from the printer and wait for about 60 seconds.
- Press and hold the power button on the printer for at least 30 seconds to discharge any residual power.
- Plug the power cord back into the printer and turn it on.
Update Firmware (if possible):
- If you have access to a computer with internet connectivity, you may be able to update the printer's firmware using the HP Smart app or HP Easy Start software.
- Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable and follow the instructions to update the firmware.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
