HP Envy Pro 6432

This printer has been going on and off for some time, but now it is completely dead!  It is plugged in, turned on but nothing, no lights!  I have had this printer for about six months and only had about 4 prints from it.   Other than take it back to PC World, any suggestions?

I understand the printer is not powering ON. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP printer does not turn on

Use an alternate power cable if available and check.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
