Unable to print to HP Envy 7640 & HP Envy 5660, every time a print job is sent - a message pops up with "HP Envy has a problem and requires user intervention"
The queue updates properly, but the only way to get it to print is by power cycling the printer - as soon as the printer is back online the queue document prints, but any subsequent print jobs require another power cycle.
I have tried running printer troubleshooter on Windows (finds no errors), Stopped printer spooler in Windows services, deleted Spooler files & restarted, and updating printer drivers. When updating printer drivers, the install tool gets to the last step of the install process and only has a white screen, with no way to move forward or receive confirmation that the drivers have been updated - the only option is to x out.
