Hi, I purchased this printer yesterday and it will only print black and white from my MAC. From my phone is fine as this prints colour.

I tend to use and print via Photoshop, but even printing straight from my computer software it still is in black and white (the black and white box is not selected).

Many thanks

@Laur89,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!

It could be a possible driver issue on the MAC. Uninstalling & re-installing the driver may fix the issue.

Let's try these steps:

Step 1: Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.

Step 2: Remove and re-add the printer to confirm it is set up correctly. Click the printer name, click the minus signhttps://support.hp.com/doc-images/161/c01861703.gif to delete the printer, click the plus signhttps://support.hp.com/doc-images/466/c03678294.gif, click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name and then continue to the next step. Refer to the following example.

                  Example of the Printers & Scanners window

Step 3: Click the Use or Print Using menu, and then select AirPrint or Secure Airprint to complete the setup. Refer to the following example.

                  Select AirPrint from the Use menu

Once the set up is complete, try printing and check if it works. Please try printing from different applications as well.

Let me know if it works.
