HP ENVY PHOTO 7155 #K7G93A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer has blue screen with C4EB8024 and  picture of a circle with line in it like the on/off button

The Undo icon is lit but does nothing, if I push the power button all lights come on and start

flashing.  I had printed several documents but later that night i noticed that the screen stayed on so I turned off printer

Next day when I turned back on is when this problem occured.  I have tried taking out ink cartriges and

reinstalling them, I have unplugged and replugged in several times, I have reset my internet modem,

When the printer turns on it goes through the steps like it is starting but when it gets half way

it goes fast and then screen dims and blue screen comes on.

My sister had the same printer and the same thing happened to hers.  I have not used this printer that much so I

don't think it should be worn out.

Hi @jrrlo

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

Let's try a power reset on the printer

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I have tried all of your suggestions except installing new firmware. Since my printer isn’t online it can’t Install anything.  As I said it starts booting up but then halfway through the screen dims and the screen changes to blue with error.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
