Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

Paper jam a few days ago.  After that, message says offline.   Have searched for any paper debris.  Have powered up and down numerous times.  Restarted router.

 

When depressing button on back, indicator lights come on briefly, but go off when releasing button.
